I’m having one of those days where I look at old pictures of myself and realize how overweight I’m becoming. Like, today feels like I can’t fit into any of my clothes and that I’ll never be skinny again. What happened? Where did I go wrong? Ugh. I need to run and work out tonight. I can’t wait until Friday so I can go grocery shopping and fill my fridge with fruits and vegetables. I need to stop eating processed shit.
